KO Version Transformer Masterpiece MP-20 Wheeljack Figure Lancia

I ordered this for my kid (and for myself to be honest).This is the KO (knockoff) version of Takara's Wheeljack MP-20.Unless you're a collector who absolutely has to have the AUTHENTIC version of this robot, this is a MUST-BUY!The KO version is nearly identical to the original version.I won't point out any of the differences. There are already a ton of videos online that compare the 2 versions.The only real difference is in price. The Takara version costs anywhere between $80-$90, whereas this version only cost me $39.99. You can also get this version on eBay for about $29.99, but you'll have to endure the wait for this item to ship across seas from China. Takes 30-45 days to have it shipped. If you ask me, for $10 more, I'd rather have it shipped PRIME from Amazon. A must-buy for both collectors and anyone who wants to relive their childhood memories and not break the bank.

I've held both the original and KO version of a lot of figures and I'd have to say this wheeljack one was probably one of the better ones to the point my friend who also collects both at first assumed it was the official one.To be far though with KO figures there really is a window of hit or miss, sometimes you win the luck of the draw and get a near perfect KO othertimes you get one with weak joints or bad paint application and in this there was 1 tiny defect in mine and that was the pistol i received was split at the barrel slightly. Even with the split though the pistol still fits in his hand and unless you are looking directly at it you would never see the split at a glance.

This was my first KO Transformer Masterpiece. I saw a lot of video reviews online, so I was expecting a few flaws, but for the price I was willing to except them. I received the figure very fast, and didn't have any issues that I saw others complain about. The paint was great, all the joints were perfect, not too tight or too loose. The only semi-issue I had was with the car's spoiler. When in the car mode, the spoiler doesn't match up perfectly even, but it's only off by maybe a millimeter because it bends just slightly in the middle. But this isn't enough for me to complain about or to take off a star on its rating. -- Five stars for this KO. :)

The overall figure is nice, but the paint quality is hazy and misaligned. The worst part is the Lancia logo at the front of the car, which is printed twice in roughly the same spot. Very distracting.

Having own some ko masterpiece figures, must say this one is probably the worst hands down. Once transform into bot mode, the figure had loose joints, missing accessories, and the paint was done so awful. Beware

plastic quality is good, paint is passable at a distance but look too close at the colored stripes and you how sloppy it is , overall better than what most assume of a knockoff average for anyone who knows the rabbit hole of transformers knockoffs

Gave this as a gift to an old friend as a Christmas gift. I got to thumbs up for the gift.

This product is in fine working order and transforms into vehicle mode and back to robot mode with ease. The joints are tight and the paint is done very well. Overall it is great KO.
