Erythritol is the best sugar replacement for keto diets and diabetics. This is granulated, so you have to used it hot - it doesn't melt in like sugar. But if you mix it with hot liquid - it's excellent. if you want to bake with it, you will need the powdered version - which I also have. Some say it gives bloating but I've never experienced that - I wonder how much was used? I've used it for making biscuits, cakes, stewed fruit and also in coffee & tea. But it keeps is granular texture in cakes and buscuits - sometimes that works really well. So, with experience, I'm happy with it.

I mix this with PinkSun Xylitol for tea and baking mixed with coconut sugar and maple syrup.

It's a great product and a very good price as it is organic. If you knew how they sprayed erythrotol crops or alternatively went GMO you would always get organic. Coffee grind for powdered.

I ordered this, not holding out much hope that it would be a good sugar substitute, on my (relatively clean) keto diet. However, it does the job, without causing me digestive issues and I now enjoy "good fat" dessert recipes, thanks to Aaron Day's "Keto Sweet Tooth" cookbook, which is one of the few genuine and very good Keto recipe books available. I've also lost 30lbs, as a happy side note. Worth a try. :)

This erythritol is just as good as any other brand, I purchased this one because it is organic and non GMO, tastes just like sugar to me but without the carbs! Perfect for keto! Thanks

Reçu rapidement et en bon état. RAS. C'est mon 1er édulcorant donc je n'ai pas d'éléments de comparaison avec d'autres sucres d'alcool. Pouvoir adoucissant légèrement inférieur à celui du sucre. Renforce un peu l'amertume du café, je trouve. Et les grains ne fondent pas facilement dans mes recettes de chocolat maison, du coup ça croustille ! je vais essayer de le mouliner plus finement avant incorporation.Produit intéressant en tout cas, mérite d'être exploré plus avant.Et très bonne tolérance, aucun effet secondaire à signaler sur la base d'une conso raisonnable.

Au début c'est bon mais très vite le gout devient moins agréable. Très bon dans le lait et pas du tout dans le café, comme les sucrettes.
