This is a quality product but this company, Web Brands and its background name of Gate Crafters, does not provide adequate customer service and product warranty is not provided as stated. If you have problems, you will be on your own and need to pay for any parts needed to fix the problem. You may or may not have problems with your openers or any other product they offer but if you do, you'll be on your own. Pay attention to all the negative reviews about this company.. They are warranted.

If you have any trouble, GateCrafters is as near as a phone call, and are very helpful.Parts are readily available on Amazon, and IHave kept my GateCrafters EstateSwing Gate running for almost Ten years with minimal maintenance.The best gate, better than mighty mule, and better for the price!
