First it's much smaller than it appears, when you get the unit it says for small or medium dogs. It doesn't say that in the description, at least that I could find. The unit is actually pretty nice, but the app needs work. The internal time in the unit is stuck on China time, and there is no way to change it other than "Synchronize the time" under settings which says "Do you want to synchronize the device time with your phone time in your time zone?" Which doesnt work, so I have to calculate the time I need to feed the dog based on the time displayed on the video feed.The unit tends to jam a lot when using larger dog food... I haven't tried using smaller food yet.A few minor tweaks and this unit could be 5 stars.... since I'm already upgraded to the latest software, I'm not holding my breath on this ever working right.Joe

giving this 4 stars because of the app. half of it is in chinese. If you can read chinses...you are set !also the app is kind of poor. I have seen other auto feeder apps...and they are much better. althoug the app does work....just not that greatone neat thing with feeder....there are slots in the back for two screws...if you needed to secure to wall....but...as most houses have besbord moulding on their walls...you will need to use longer screws than what is provided. (i have a dumb cat...so no need to secure to wall)

Just got it set up. Seems to work fine. Love being able to watch and talk to my pups. Had to return a much cheaper one I purchased on Amazon but quit working after a day so this is worth the extra money. The only thing I wish was different is the angle of the camera is not aimed downward towards the dish so I cannot see them eating only their backs. They are puppies though so maybe as they get bigger this will be better. Overall very happy with purchase

This product has not worked correctly since we bought it! It never dispenses the food and about 8 months of having it we are not even able to log into the account. I tried to reset up as new user with new email and it crashes upon reading the bar code or when I try to do it manually.

Didn't receive a manual so I have no clue how to work this thing

The rest of the features are working fine but the main problem is feeding function. Jammed a lot and don’t know why it’s clogged. Please help with this issue.

I can't find the app! I'm about to return it! I feel like it would be a great product if I could use it
