iDesign Clear Recycled Plastic Large Divided Fridge and Freezer Bin

Am so pleased I bought two of these. My fridge is a lot tidier and it is quicker than shuffling stuff about.

This is one of my favourite buys! The size is ideal to sit on the shelf in my fridge and make good use of the space. Very helpful for me to not have to struggle to reach food at the back. It easily slides out of the fridge and back in when I'm finished. It is a good weight. Not too heavy, the handle is a cut out hole which makes gripping it very easy. It is clear so easy to see the fruit veg or salad contents. Ideal

Design of this box is a transparent clear all-round thick plastic; it will not succumb to it being broken easily. Inside is a plastic divider, so you have a 50/50 split of choice of what goes in each of the two areas. You can remove this quite easily as it slides up and out and equally the same on reinstalling sliding back into the gap. Gives you the option store a larger item within. Handles are at the front and rear and smooth rounded like cut outs, making it easy to grasp. The container lid sits on top, sort of slotting into place loosely which also has a gap on one side to get your fingers under to lift open.Even though the actual box is quite nice and stores items readily inside, it does have a limitation that the lid length is quite long and the angle to get it open sometimes isn't enough. The lid does not slide, so, if you have vegetables or soft fruits stored within inside, you may find it better to remove it from the fridge entirely.If the contents are especially heavy then you find yourself needing to slide it halfway off the shelf, pulling it towards yourself, and then getting your hand round the back to the other side of the handle.It's a nice addition if you want the extra storage and don’t want items roaming around the fridge if you are running out of vegetable drawer space. However, if you place other items on top of one another in the fridge to save on space then this then lends itself well to becoming “that extra shelf in its self”, somewhat defeating its purpose as an additional fridge storage container.Price was around the £18 mark at the time.

They’re perfect for those of us who love to be organised and give a stylish home to the little items in our life.The good:* Transparent box and lid.* Easily removable divider.* Carry handles on each end.* These boxes are stackable.* Lid is easy to remove.* Made from a thick durable plastic.* Unlike some boxes, the sides aren’t tapered, they’re vertical.The bad:* Not dishwasher safe.* Expensive.The boxes don’t necessarily need to be used to store food items or put in your fridge. They can be used to hold any small household items. I definitely recommend these boxes and the entire range.

The media could not be loaded. This is a nice quality, hard (but recycled) plastic container. Ideal to compartmentalise different foods in your fridge.It is split into two parts of equal size so you can’t store just anything (my packs of cooked meats were too large for instance) but you can buy unsegmented similar containers for larger products.It has a lid but if you’re using it for something strong smelling such as some cheeses, it wont prevent the smell because the handles allow air in and out.It’s easy to hold and the lid removes easily. There are no nooks and crannies that make washing it hard.A good edition to the fridge AND the sticky labels peel off easily!!!! Yaaay!

I really don't know what the benefits are to using this container. It isn't inherently terrible but the lid doesn't stay on firmly or properly and it seems overpriced for what it is.
