Took this for it's thermogenic properties before a light cardio session. Was plesantly surprised, most thermos have left me feeling hot patches on my face and jittery. This one definitely boosted my heart rate and body temperature but didn't not give me any discomfort. I think the appetite control kicked in midway though cardio because I was hungry when I started but not hungry when I finished (maybe it was just the fact that I was exercising).I did feel a little shakey about an hour after taking it. Granted, I was running late to an event and by the time I arrived and sat down my hands couldn't keep still but still no discomfort or concerning amounts of shaking. Likely a mix of the caffeine and internal anxiety or being late. This was only day 1 of taking this, but I look forward to trying it again tomorrow.

I took ONE pill and followed all the instructions accordingly. I was shaking, sweating, and nauseous. Then after that, my heart started RACING. Pounding extremely hard and fast and it wouldn't let up. I almost went to the hospital it went on for so long. My entire body was shaking uncontrollably and it was hard to walk and breathe.This went on for HOURS. Finally, at the end of the day, I was able to sit up and try moving around. Anything as small as walking up some stairs would send my heart into another episode of fast and hard beats. And yes, all while this was going on, I was constantly drinking water. I usually stay hydrated throughout the day, but on this day I drank MORE than enough water.I contacted them for a refund and they said sorry, do you have a caffeine sensitivity. No, I do not have a caffeine sensitivity, this product is just unsafe.DO NOT BUT THIS PRODUCT. IT IS NOT SAFE.

Easy to swallow. Can’t tell about weightloss yet since it’s only been a few days. Will update about this. Feel more energy since taking it.

It took me a little while to figure out the best way to take this....I love coffee and after a week or two I found that I had a bit of a crash but then realized, it was the caffeine in the coffee and not Bikinibod causing the issue...I now take it with my smoothie every morning and love the energy that I have...I am so productive and just feel good....if you are struggling at all, I really do think you need to evaluate all the things you are doing or taking to get at the root of it...there is no one size does everything...but incorporating Bikinibod in to my day works great for me!!! I have also found that I have to step away from it every couple of months as my body gets a bit used to it...but I expect that....I take a break and get right back on my program. I love it!

I have been taking these for three days and feel nauseous every time but I try to power though because it did curb my appetite. However I just took it again today and the nausea hit me really hard. I threw up continously for about two minutes. I was ready to call the ambulance. I don't know what they put in this pill and I do not recommend at all!

I got these because I needed something to curb my snacking and these are the go to pilks. I always want to snack in between meals and since I started taking these I've really cut out the snacking and I've lost 5lbs in 2 weeks. I have more energy in the morning now and can get through the day with less snacks and more healthy food. Their easy to swallow and no bitter aftertaste and they don't make me jittery from the caffeine.
