Handy back up lighter

Big lighter, open cap press button inside get a electric arc in 2 directions creating a cross between the poles, in my case place the cigarette on this arc and done. used it numerous times..and it tends to only light up one side of cig not all over.also placing cig on to the arc is fine but how long til it gets mucky/bunged up.the torch on the side is a nice touch and quite unexpected.overall a nice lighter

The media could not be loaded.  Never used one of these before but somebody recommended and I needed a new lighter so thought I’d try. Super fast delivery and when I tried it out I was very impressed! Comes with a little cable to charge it up too! No more having to go out and buy disposable lighters. Amazing product! Very happy !

While there is nothing (much) functionally wrong with this lighter, it’s quite large (bigger than a Zippo) made out of plastic, is very light and feels cheap in your hand.The plasma arc will light a cigarette, but seems to require you to touch the end of the cigarette against the electrodes in order to do so, which leaves bits of ash and tobacco stuck to them. I’ve also managed to press the torch button accidentally a couple of times when lighting a cigarette.To be fair, the torch function is nice and bright, easily enough to find a dropped set of keys or light a dark footpath etc.The arc also seems to make high frequency noise and both my cat’s and dog’s ears twitch every time I fire it.Charging is via USB-C with a short charger cable included. Charging speed seems to be quite fast, needing only a few minutes to fully charge it, even after trying it out for an evening.Overall, it’s not a bad product and does work as advertised, but the combination of price, size, quality location of the torch switch (I strongly suspect that it will also get accidentally pressed a lot while in a pocket) and the need to physically touch a cigarette to the arc means that I’m scoring this 3 stars.

The media could not be loaded.  I really like this lighter, the light is so bright and has wide area of view. The arcs could be slightly bigger but it works brilliantly and charges really well. Overall excellent

Bright torch on side but electric element lasted one day , pretty poor for new technology

I really like it very useful, the light is very strong, charges via USB, the lighter part also works.
