Almost a 5 star, but still great service.
They arrived in time, right size, the only tiny reason I take a small star off is because I can't send a message to the supplier, so that's half a star, to let them know 3 arrived in the package, not 4, which is another half star, but overall they are what I needed. I need to order one more pack to do what I had planned.

Under 3 inches
Delivery was quick and they are a decent quality for the price, but they are not exactly 3 inches, just a little bit under 3 inches so if you are using these with an exact 3 inch hole punch you have to trim off some of the picture underneath.
