A sparkling production creates a rich backdrop for both 'Jolene' and 'When Someone Wants to Leave'. This tasteful mix is a joy to listen to. The music and Parton's vocal prowess are in top form on 'Jolene'. The title track tells the tale of a housewife confronting a beautiful seductress who she believes is having an affair with her husband. It became the second solo #1 Country single and a moderate Pop hit. Includes 'I Will Always Love You'.

It’s early Dolly. What could possibly be bad about it! Love this album. My grand parents had all her LPs and I would always have to flip or swap them out when I was as a kid while they played cards. Grandpa yelled out Cash, Pride, Pardon, Wynette, Williams, Scruggs etc and I complied with the requests. My first disc jockey gig. Good memories!

Get one while the getting'a good
Nice heavy vinyl. Cover matches my 1985 pressing well. I'm sure it sounds great. This is a remarkable album. Glad to see it's in production again
