I purchased this for my granddaughter for Christmas. It arrived on time and in good condition. It was made of a resin like substance and looked and felt cheaply made. It was overpriced and very small.

We've all seen these. Just rotate the bottom clockwise and it spins clockwise while playing an unknown piano tune. That's right, unknown. That's where I have a problem with the way YT3 Studio markets this item. The ad shows a video of a Christmas tune playing for almost a minute. When you wind this thing 3 times, you only get about 20 seconds before it stops. It should play longer than that.Three rotations is given as the upper end by the company. I don't want to risk ruining the spring by rotating it too tight. The song in the video is not the tune on the carousel. It says it plays the "Unicorn" tune, which I didn't recognize and can be just about anything. It's pretty music, but not something you'll be able to hum or sing to.Watch the pictures with people in the advertisement. They must be photoshopped because the carousel looks at least twice as big in the marketing pics. The carousel, in reality, will fit completely in the man's palm. Frustrating tactics. The carousel does turn on its winding mechanism. The unicorn does not go up and down like a real carousel....at least that was represented correctly.So, it's a smaller carousel with very nice painting and a cheerful unicorn. My 5 year old niece will love it because she firmly believes all unicorns are magical. Not a complete miss by any means, but not what the company makes it out to be. Three stars.

The media could not be loaded.  This music box is simple, but cute & very giftable. It has a sweet tune & works well. Music box is a smaller size, perfect for small spaces & the color is nicely done.
