Product is not made good
The media could not be loaded. The poles to the unit are rusting and the roof covering is a tarp shaped like the roof and where the tarp touches the roof poles it ripped thru and now leaks. I haven't had the product for 4 months yet.

Decent kennel for the price
Kennel came in two boxes, so make sure you get both before you assume there are missing parts. Instructions were pretty clear and the total assembly time was probably about 4 hours. Relationships were tested, but we got it done. The tarp got messed up during installation and a grommet ripped out, but I can give that one to user error and wind. The bowls that come with this kennel are basically saucers, arrived crinkled, and I won't be using them.The kennel is a good size and seems sturdy now that it's together. If you have a jumper, be aware that the height of the bars below the tarp is only like 4.5' maybe. The door is extremely low clearance, too, about chin-high to me and I'm 5' 4". Ducking is required when you go in to clean, and I hit my head a few times getting used to it. Also, if you have a fence-fighter, be aware that there is enough room for big dogs to stick muzzles and legs through the bars. I would prefer an option without the small door for bowls.Overall, I like it. There is room to improve the design but for the money spent, I hope to get a lot of use out of it. The kennel is worthless.. made more for a stuff toy the a real dog. Way too flimsy… don’t buy you will be wasting your money. Very disappointed!!!!

Beware: Flimsy Fence secured by Zip Ties
The fence is extremely flimsy and attaches with zip ties. If your dog is a chewer you will spend most of time re-securing the fence, chewers will destroy the zip ties and escape the kennel.

Good luck
The instructions where missing pages and I had to just figure it out. The fence is cheep my puppy was able to scratch a home and squeeze through the fence.
