This was a well detailed model.

First thing to note for people that say “it’s small”…it isn’t. This is a true to scale 1/50 model. It features fantastic detail. It’s one of the few that has the beacon/light on top where not many of the other models do. The tires are aggressive and this one has the smooth bucket which is hard to find on the other larger loaders. So if you are looking for a road construction type loader, this would fit the bill opposed to rock bucket which would be more for a mining operation. Ok complaints: Bob, the operator, is not removable. My arm holds poses, but it cannot at certain angles where there’s quite a bit of play in the hydraulics, and the grab rails are all plastic. At this price point, I think they should have been metal as they are on the smaller 950m. Overall it’s a very nice model if you are looking for a larger smooth bucket front loader. One last pro, as with all diecast masters, the painted rivets makes ALL the difference when to comes to realism compared to other manufacturers like Ertl where it just looks like a toy. This model would work really well in a diorama where you are going to scale realism.
