Self-installation possible
The actuator did not come with the screw to secure it to the door frame so you have to use the existing screw instead. Mine fell into the door frame and could not be found so in the end I used zip ties instead.

Get the job done. Pretty easy to install, 30 minutes if you focus on it. Have had it for about 6 months with no issues yet
