5mm CUP SEQUINS Red Loose sequins for embroidery, applique, arts, crafts, and embellishment.

Overall I think these are probably fine sequins. Unfortunately I will not be able to use them for the project I purchased them for. I am working on a project where only the back of the sequin will show. On these sequins there is a silver line on the back all around the crease where the sequin is bent to make it a "cupped" sequin (like the material the sequin is made of is showing through the red). It is very noticeable when you line up a bunch of them all together. I compared with other sequins I had at home and this bend line was much more pronounced on these sequins. It isn't a disaster...the front of the sequins is very nice and I'm sure I will be able to find a use for them. 4 stars because they will probably be just fine for most folks, but that one flaw makes them less usable for me.

A co-worker showed me a sequined egg that she got as a Christmas gift. It was beautifully decorated. I thought how hard can this be? Well, let me say that it's a whole lot harder and a lot more tedious than it looks. I can see why people charge so much for these things! While sequin shopping at several stores, I couldn't find packages of single colors in all the colors and sizes I needed. So of course I found them on Amazon! I ordered 24 packages from this 1 company. They were packaged well and delivered very quickly. Great for arts and crafts!

I'm for the most part happy with the product and how the quickly it was received. The only issue I had was that the sequins looked a like the color was worn or rubbed off. Not a big deal and I may have never noticed except they were being sewn next to the ones I had purchased from an in town fabric store.

Just sequins. As described. Nothing special.

Used for sequining christmas stockings for family. The only con is that there were several that didn't have holes or were in the wrong place!

The quantity of sequins was very very small - not at all value for the price.
