Pros:Even though the capacity is 100ml, this is sufficient to last over a couple of hours of diffusing time.Two drops of essential oil was more than enough to give the whole room a pleasant smell which is a vast difference to the conventional candle oil diffusers I've been using before.Magnetic attachment at the bottom of the device which means the machine slots in very easily and securely.Metal casing and glass inner tube, and doesnt have a cheap feel to it. The inner diffuser is made of plastic, with a little stiff brush to help clean the inside.Remote control is very handy and has all the effect buttons on it. Great for when you dont want to get out of bed and turn on or off the device!After getting in touch with Yoni from the customer service, i was reasured of a couple of issues I had before with this device. As it has a remote control, and only one button on the actual diffuser, my concern was that if the remote was to be misplaced, the device would be pretty much useless. However Yoni clearly explained that by using the one/off button; "1st click will turn the diffuser on. - 2nd click will enable intermittent misting. - 3rd click will shut the device off. It's not the full functionality, but still keeps the item very usable, until we send out a new remote (We have stocks of spare remotes just for that)."I sincerely hope that the company will look into improving the two following features, for it to be a truly perfect diffuser:ConsThere is only 2 dimming settings, bright, and a little less bright which is suitable for evening time. A wider range of brightness would be perfect for during the night as well.The candle effect is a brighten, dim, flicker, brighten, dim and flicker. This would be something i believe the designers should look more into if they want to achieve a truly realistic affect.Overall, the customer sevice i recieved was outstanding in ensuring that i had the best possible experience and cleared up all concerns i had over his product. I have listed my pros and cons so to share an accurate review of the product.

Really pretty and great that it has a remote control. My only issue is the water 'tank' is very small and so it runs dry pretty quickly. Also the amount of vapour released seems relatively little compared to other ones I've seen. Still it can make my Kitchen smell lovely after an hour or so of having it on and lots have people have complimented me on how pretty it is. Also the black wire is quite obvious if you can't hide it.

There are a lot of diffusers out there, do not be conned by the ones on high streets costing upwards of £50, this does the exact same thing and looks a million times better than a plain white piece of plastic that you see from high street brands. The only thing I would knock it for is that after some use the inner pot develops an orange tint to it, this is most likely because I haven't cleaned it often enough so just make sure you clean with a brush at least once a month.

Esteban do the exact same item, I mean exactly the same and charge 80 for it, this is a total bargain I wish I Gadsden this before wasting my money in JL, great thanks

Nice looking diffuser in a muted gold colour, it's not as bright and shiny as the photos suggest. Easy to fill up and use. I'm using it with Esteban fragrance oils and it does a good job. Remote control is a handy and welcome feature. Very happy with it.

Started off working ok, then after a couple of weeks, the steam stop working, despite cleaning it with the enclosed brush & the light keeps flickering. Very frustrating as it wasn’t cheap.

Excellent product, half the price of the high street brand. Easy to set up and smells wonderful.You need to get used to the water noise but couldn’t hear it once the tv was on anyway as I have mine in the living room.
