Q: Leaking fuel from this part. I’ve replaced all the O rings still leaks fuel all in the valley of the engine 🤷🏼♂️ What now?

Depends on where exactly it’s leaking from. If you’re unsure you need to take it to someone that can diagnose the precise source of the leak. I’ve installed two of these kits with no problems so it’s hard to say what exactly is your cause.

Q: Can this be installed on a duramax with the CP4 pump?

I am not the mechanic, but I have a 2013 F350 6.7 and it was placed on it. I did this after 2 lift pumps (the second time I was not so lucky, and the entire fuel system needed to be replaced, and as luck would have it, the new pressure pump was defective and had to be replaced 8 days after the completion of the work. I was advised to install this part to prevent an entire fuel system replacement again. Good luck. I hope this helped.

Q: Is the grinding indicated in the instructions absolutely required...would like to be able to remove it if necessary

I’ve installed a few of these kits. One truck I didn’t have to. The others I did. You have to remove the casting line to clearance the VCV or the lower intake will damage the valve. I don’t know the reason for the difference.
