You have a choice to use more than the recommended 1 tsp, in this loose way, if you want, (to make chai), for example), For me 1 1/8 tsp is the right amount for a isngle cup.The steel container is nicely designed (I like the Highland cow engraving) and would make for a housewarming gift, especially for someone who is more o fa tea connoisseur.This Scottish breakfast tea hits five-stars for all the good reasons, and worth trying.
