Q: Is it possible to use this so I can put my two year old and 6 month old in the bath together? 6th month old in this seat obviously.

You could put two children in the tub. Not much room, but doable. We’ve used it with a 10month and 7 year old.

Q: Would I be able to use this for the baby and have 2 toddlers in the tub at the same time as well?

They wouldn't be able to move around much. The chair itself takes up a couple feet due to the rear suction cup bar and the length of the seat. I wouls say you could use the chair and have 1 other child in the tub

Q: Can you use this with a child older than 10 months who is afraid of the adult tub?

We used ours till son was almost 2. He was too afraid of open water in tub. Although it says stop using at 10 m -babies can still fall over from sitting easily at that age.

Yes they tighten to the sides of the tub so it gets a good tight fit. I just took ours off to clean underneath it and I almost couldn’t get it off bacuase I got it so tight. And you can tighten each side individual.
