my wife put this together by self and been using it a lot for shirts and hats

heat plate is lopsided, can not fix, keeps turning off or goes up to 400 degrees and smokes,pressure for DTF transfer only one sided due to lopsided plate, tips easy when you rotate heat plate to back to put on a shirt, i thought i did enough research to be assured this was a good purchase, i was wrong,. If someone from the company can get back with me and try to resolve the lopsided plate i would appreciate it, if not i just flushed down the money.

Works great. Only downfall is it is a little confusing to set the timer and temp until you have done it a few times because it had no instructions with it. Once we figured it out though it has been great.

Gets the job done. For more mobility, I should’ve gotten the one that lifts up vs swinging

I really wanted to love this product. Swing away if very convenient but the uneven heat distribution is killing it. When I get to the bottom of my design, it doesn’t stick because there is not the same pressure as the top so I’m wasting money by ruining these shirts. I spoke with customer support, they told me to move the plate up. If I do that then I won’t have pressure at all and you need heavy pressure for transfers

My other heat press box went out on my press so I bought this one and I love that I can switch the box out and use it for my other heat press accessories. Thank you I love it

I am just starting a small business and this new heat press is a Godsend!!! In the few days I have had it, it has saved me time! The coverage is great!!Thumbs up 👍👍👍

I cannot believe the base piece that supports the heavy top assembly and swinging arm is a piece of thin plastic. Can't say it supports anything but certainly hides the fact that nothing supports the weight of the assembly. photographed first is the cover, second is the metal base and pole that hold the heating element and control box. So wobbly it doesn't allow for any pressure adjustment to work. Each metal part is stressing the next leaving gouges in everything. Total junk...I'm sorry to say but yeah, I cannot find anything I like. All wobble and the machine overall is not worth the money. spend a little more and follow good reviews, I didn't this time around, was trying to save but instead wasted money down the drain into China...Never again...never!

It only worked for a few minutes, then it switched of, and would switch on again.
