You do not need a lot of this as it is dark soy for color and the mushroom adds a nice umami foundation. It will last a while as little is needed, probably a teaspoon for most recipes. Good for the price and size. Use it for stir fry, ramen, cold noodles etc...nice pantry staple to have on hand.
