Select Flavors Exotic Gourmet Porcini Mushroom Powder Seasoning 3.5 oz Grinder Top

I bought this thinking it was Porcini powder, it is a salt with some Porcini in it, so an upscale seasoned sea salt - not very clear in the title and in fact miss-leading. I guess you could say i should have read the fine print but i searched for Porcini powder and this came up along with other brands.Not happy seen as I paid for it to come to Panama from my Miami mail box :-(

I was not expecting other spices to be included in this powder. I am glad I tasted this before I added it to my recipe. I checked bottle for ingredients & discovered other spices added. I would have preferred no salt as it is not suppose to be included in my diet.

I had a steak with this powder on it on a cruise and I could not wait to get back and find this powder love it

Very nice in soups, Mac-n-cheese, pasta and rice dishes.

It’s not bad, but this is sea salt with mushroom powder, not mushroom powder with sea salt.

Definitely met expetations

Delicious but be careful not to put too much on at a time as it can get a bit salty.

All your grinders are beyond amazing !!! Would love some recipes for them as well
