These have been a game changer for me after a long workout in the gym, especially given that I always finished off with an hours cardio on the treadmill and sweat a disgusting amount! I take four of these after each workout and I definitely feel much less tired come the afternoon, no more avo slump and headaches. Really easy to take, no smell or aftertaste and much better value for money than the effervescent tablets I was buying.

These are easy to swallow capsules.I bought them because I often suffer leg cramps and wanted something to help restore electrolytes, etc. to prevent these painful cramps.

I used to get regular cramp attacks in my toes during photo shoots. The pain was unreal and I genuinely though I was regularly dislocating my toes until I was informed otherwise. Taking these tablets has stopped my cramp attacks - I take 2 at the start of the day and another 2 after 4 hours if I am on all all-day shoot.I appreciate that fact that the included salt is of the natural Himalayan kind on not the common-or-garden variety.

60 days supply per bottle. I took them daily for 2 bottles yet I still didn't notice any difference between before taking the electrolytes and afterwards, so I cancelled the order.
