The Adjustable Bar is created from heavy gauge steel and is meant to last! It will adjust between 3ft - 5ft (36, 42, 48, 54, 62"" high). The base is 4"" feet wide and will fit a normal 4' x 8' Panel or Landing mat. The wood bar is 1-1/2 inches round with 100lb weight limit and is intended for beginner to intermediate gymnasts. If your gymnast is 70lbs+ and/or level 3, we recommend adding the base extensions more greater stability. The Foam Learning Beam is comfortable and stable. The beam may be linked to another by a Velcro system. 10"" W to 6"" W x 8' L x 3 1/4"" H. This Panel Mat is excellent for beginning and advanced gymnastics, exercise, yoga, plus more. The mat is great for home use and competitive gymnastics. The Panel Mat will fold down to 2' sections to allow easy transport and storage.
