This is, by far, the best pill organizer I have found. Roomy AM/PM compartments that hold all of my supplements with room to spare. I'm going to buy 3 more so I can have a month's worth of medication ready to go.

The compartments are large enough to hold all my pills. It stays securely closed.

I am a 50+ year old male (child at heart but physically feel older than I am). My wife has smaller organizers that fit her needs. I let her use my regular sized organizer for one of her medicines that really needs to be closer to the kitchen because these supplements and medicines need to be taken with food. They are small so they fit in the regular sized just fine. I needed something bigger because I have 3 large supplement pills which 2 can not be cut smaller for holding or when taking. I have a couple of medicine pills that are also a little on the large sized as well. This organizer holds AM and PM, if you need a 3rd or the rare 4th then either you need to remember which ones they are somehow or get a different organizer.First, I want to start with the only con (negative) about this organizer. I do have one medicine that I need to take midday. I can not just have the one in the pill organizer and these can not be separated. For people who do need a 3rd part of the day or those that only need one or two days with them, this is not possible with this organizer. This means, for those that travel for 1 or 2 days, you either need to have a different organizer or take this entire week organizer with you.Now the good things about this organizer. The compartments are large, I mean very large. I can put my large pills (I refer to these as "horse" pills because of being so large). Like my wife, I have a difficult time remembering if I took my medicine or supplements for that day. The compartments on this organizer are large enough to fit all my "horse" pills and still have a little room remaining.The AM and PM are color coded making it easier to know the difference. I do not like the sun and moon on it because I do have rotating shifts; that means the sun can also be at night or the moon can be at night. The sun and moon pictures are not a big deal though, because my old organizer said AM and PM on it, even though this also is not always correct for me. The colors make it easier for me to remember which is for the beginning of the day and which ones are for the end of the day.The locking mechanism is about the same as the other organizers though they do feel a little stronger. The feeling of strength makes it easier to trust the compartments of staying closed. My old one has one day of the week that it will not stay closed.I do recommend this organizer for those that take several very large pills everyday or close to it.

Inexpensive pill organizer. Simple to use. No instructions needed. Just little doors you pop open to insert/remove pills. The compartments are labels for each day of the week.

It's very convenient to have 2 separate compartments for each day. It's lightweight and easy to carry in a bag. The quality is not bad, but not super durable either. But to be fair, for the price, I think it's a good one.

I picked up this medication box because it holds a lot of pills. Unfortunately it's still not large enough for all of my meds but I take far more than the average human. I am currently using it just for vitamins and supplements. I like that the boxes are easy to open and that it has day and night options.

I hope you don't need to take TOO many large pills or capsules per day but if you do, and you've found that the normal-sized pill organizers are too awkward or not big enough, this will definitely solve your problems.This organizer is probably overkill for holding your daily pills, so why not use it for other daily things?You can fold your morning or lunchtime teabags slightly and they'll fit right in there along with your daily pills/tablets. You could even put vending machine change in here for your daily afternoon snack. Maybe a small snack-bag of birdseed to feed the birds on your lunch break.I'm just saying, there's room for your daily pills/supplements PLUS other daily items.The case itself is really solid. I threw this onto the floor a few times and it didn't crack and all the lids stayed shut. The labels (SUN/MON/TUE...) seem to be painted on instead of thin decals so they should last longer than the usual cheap pill organizer.If you have weak eyesight, the labels are big and easy to read.if you have arthritis or weak grip or any tremor condition, the lids open easily and the big compartments give you lots of room to put TWO fingers in to grab the pill you want.A lot of functionality here for a very reasonable price.

I've been struggling to find a pill box that will hold everything I need to take. I am a 57 year old woman and I take vitamins as well as medication and it seems like I have been struggling to find something as spacious as this pill box. It's actually perfect. I love the night and day side. It's easy to determine which one is morning and evening pills by the color and there is a little picture of a sun and a moon. So that helps also. I can fit everything with a little room left over if I decide to add some more supplements in the future. It's a little large as far as overall size but, come on, we all have space to put a small box in our house. Traveling it might be a little bit large so you'll have to figure that out. But for home use it is exactly what I needed. The individual boxes are not hard to open and they snap tightly when you are done.
