I will wear tank tops again with this sleeved to
As a plus size woman with a very plus size left upper arm I needed a lightweight, stretchy, comfortable arm cover that was fashionable. This met all those needs. It keeps my arm gently compressed and fits well around the bust. I had no problem pulling it down in the back on my own and at a USA size 4x top that is awesome to know. I bought a size 3x in nude and blk and I am happy with both. I am not sure if the nude was necessary but I can wear it around the house. Doesn't over heat my body.

Excellent post brachioplasty garment
I recently had a brachioplasty and tried this as an alternative to the compression garment I was put in to after surgery. I like this better because I can wear my own bra with it. I am 5'8", a 36 DD, and 185 lbs with muscular arms and the medium fits perfectly. Unlike other arm-only garments this one has panels on the side so it doesn't cut in to the part of the incision in my arm pits. Quite snug in the arms as it needs to be but very comfortable. At one week out from surgery I need assistance to put it on as it goes over the head. I bought a size large to wear when my help leaves and I think by then I will be able to get it on by myself. When I have a bit more mobility in my arms I will go back to the medium. I also like that the sleeves go down almost to the wrist. My incisions end just above the elbow so short sleeve garments won't work. Also my forearms were slightly swollen and sore and benefited from the compression. The material is sturdy but not overly thick, I believe it will hold up well to being washed frequently. As an added bonus, as a perpetually cold person this helps keep my arms from getting chilled without adding any bulk under my clothes.

Exactly what I needed, exceeded expectations
I love this. It's exactly what I was hoping for! I have recently lost a lot of weight and am trying to retain the clothing already in my closet. I tend to wear sleeveless dresses with a cardigan over them, but now that my clothes are too big it just looks tent-like and adds bulk to my newly slimmer midsection. This is the perfect solution. The band you can see below my bra in the pic holds it nicely in place so that the sleeves cover my armpits and that lovely "bra fat" area below the armpits. It goes entirely across my back too, so it looks seamless. If they had them in other colors I'd get more! With a this item and a strapless bra I am going to be unstoppable!

Post surgical Complete Comfort
Oh my gosh. I needed compression sleeves post surgery. This style is incredible. The dr supplied me with a style that i found it impossible to wear- the medical “bolero” style that hooked in the back-as they caused unbelievable swelling in one arm. . Although i wear a small in the arms my back is wide so sizing up i could not even tolerate a large— the back riding up to my neck. The sleeves pulling down on the neck. Neck aches, back aches and bad moods in addition to the terrible swelling and pain while trying to pull them UP from the wrist, then reaching BACK to find the other arm (after surgery. Ouch!!) and THEN the digging in under my arms, the limited range of motion. I know they are supposed to be tight— but on me? They were like a torture device. . I tried various brands in the same style. Always the same problem.even with the styles that did not use hooks in the back. Too tight to put on. So— Last resort and not a lot of hope i bought one of these Rhonda Shear pullovers in a medium. Pull over my head, self Secured under the bust. Sliding arms DOWN into the sleeves like a normal pullover instead of pulling up made all the difference in the world. This does not have hooks, . It’s not adjustable, however it’s perfect. I’m buying a second one right now.Smooth. No hooks, no Pulling pressure, the back hits below a bra line tight enough to do what they are supposed to, but without the torture of trying to put the other style on. Wow. Check with your doctor if this is ok for you post surgery-I’m showing this to my own doctor as he may not know about it. He’s tired i am sure of hearing about my pain. It’s been my only complaint.

Brachioplasty
I had a mini-brachioplasty & the incisions are from the front to the back of my underarms. I was sent home from the OR w/ a garment that hooked in the back near the shoulder blades. Living alone, the only way I was able to get it on was to close the hooks before putting my arms into the garment & then twisting & pulling it up & over my shoulders from behind. The garment edges laid right on my incisions & the pain was agonizing. This garment was a life saver! I love how it pulls on like a shirt &, even though it still takes some creative maneuvering, it fits so much better & the garment edges are along the side of my breasts & over my shoulders. No more rubbing on my incisions!!!!’A word to the wise, though, get two 2 sizes - 1 (the larger) for the first 3-4 weeks after surgery & 1 (the smaller) for weeks 5-8. As your skin tightens & swelling subsides, the garment gets a little baggy & the friction of the extra fabric against the healing liposuction areas makes your skin feel like it is on fire. The smaller size will hold your arm tighter & be comforting, like holding your finger right after pinching it in a door jam or drawer.

Love It!
After losing almost 90 lbs, I have quite a bit of excess skin on my arms. It fits great and makes my arms a lot less unsightly. I would recommend!

Best garment!
Wow this is the one. I’ve tried 6 different ones after an arm lift with lipo. This is the best. It is soft, stretchy, not tight but still compressed. Awesome material. Because it is stretchy I got a medium. I have 13 inch arms and it is perfect on compression. The seams definitely feel seamless and the arm pit area is sewn lower then the pit so it does not dig!

Excelente calidad

Excellent, good shaping ability
This is one of the best bolero style arm shapers out there. Has excellent shaping ability, is a nice, almost rayon like, material (it's not, it's mostly nylon with some spandex). But it doesn't feel like nylon. Has a very thin ribbing to it which gives it a more natural look than nylon.I only docked a star for the price. For a garment with little material, I would not expect to pay more than $25. I would have brought several of them at that price, but will stick with one and look for something less expensive for the future.

too thick for warm weather
The material is nice and soft, but my main reason for buying this was to wear under shirts that have extra-short or no sleeves. It will be ok in the winter but the fabric is too thick for comfortable wear in the summer. Also, I am short-waisted so the panel in the front comes down to my belly button. I had to keep adjusting it because where it sits was not that comfortable.

Unusual fit - a bit underwhelmed as this brand is quite good
Just a heads up that this is quite tight in the arms and a bit stretchy in the back. It is important to maybe go up a size. I was underwhelmed which is unusual for this brand as Rhonda Shear has always provided very good quality items that fit as expected. Be prepared to order up and try on at home before making the decision to keep it or not.

Not practica
I purchased this item for myself, but couldn’t possibly wear it. It is not uncomfortable to wear, but tops don’t sit right with this on - the fabric of my top kept bunching up at my shoulders. Had to return the item as it just was not workable.
