Bought this for my dad & he loves it! His only complaint is that it doesn’t stay charged long enough.

I like how the massage feature makes my knee feel.The heat function is a bonus.

I've been using this for a couple of weeks now, so here's what I noticed in that time:1. Battery life rather poor; after being fully charged I can only get two uses out of it before I have to recharge it again. Not horrible, but it is a bit of a pain to constantly be charging it, especially if you want to use it more than once each day2. Massage feature is "okay". You do have 3 options to choose from but none of them are very powerful or are really much different between each option3. Shoulder use: One of the reasons I purchased this was the notation it can also be used for your neck/shoulder. However, unless you previously worked in the circus as an acrobat or have a spouse or friend handy to help you fit the velcro straps around your body, forget it. You'll just throw out your other shoulder trying to get the straps in place.4. Heat usage: This is one place this shines. The heat is good and I haven't even been able to go to the highest setting as it's pretty strong, so it works well. You do have to wrap it pretty tight to get it around your knee, and I found it works best if your knee is bent so it puts pressure against the joint-- but it does seem to work well for pain.

The item is good for the knee, but the mechanism where it’s located is not convenient for the shoulder

Bought this for my mom because of her knee pain and now she doesn't complain about knee pain as much as she used to.

I can feel it heat up and vibrate, but it's not affective as it should be, because I can pull the velcro strap as far as I can to make it tight and its still not tight and snug on my knee, the contacted me A MONTH AND A HALF after this review, trying to fix the issue and expect me to give a good review BEFORE they make things right and give a refund

I’m athletic with a knee injury; I hoped this would augment my PT - but it just didn’t.The straps are just way too long for somebody with an athletic physique (and I’m a cyclist, with a lot of leg muscle, would simply not fit a distance runner).The heat was mild compared with what I get at my PT sessions, and the “massage” was just vibration, not any kind of massage.This is quite simply not a “massager”.

I bought this for my Mom who has carpal tunnel. She started using it until the doctor told her not to put heat on her shoulder. She uses it for her knee now. She love it.
