Had an issue with the AC/DC adapter-stopped working. Contacted Daybetter support by email and they had a replacement enroute to me by the next day. Great warranty and great followup service.

Awesome lights! Super easy to put up and they have a strong hold on the wall. Great price too. They look great.

Easy to set up and works really good it looks so bright

Good inexpensive smart RGB light strip that pairs well with Alexa. Works great for the perimeter of my grandsons’ room. They love telling Alexa to change the color. Only downside is there is no true white lights, so when you ask for white you get a somewhat dim blueish white.

Very wonderful low density strips. I wish they had wattage information so I can gauge electrical consumption. Good brightness, love all the colors it can be. Weirdly there’s no absolute white, the closest you can get to that is super light pink. Can’t fully replace an overhead light but it gets dang close! And the atmosphere it adds later in the day/ar night is great

Lights are not as pictured in the advertisement. LED bulbs are spread much farther apart; thus not putting off much light. Had to wrap them around the area 2x to get enough light. Also doesn’t have a white color? Fun if you’re looking for colored light. Just know you’ll need to likely order double the amount needed. Poor design and false advertisement.
