i thought this case looked cute but I was worried it would look cheap in person & I didn't expect it to hold up all that well - I was totally wrong on both! I get compliments all of the time when people see it and it's held up really well despite me being pretty hard on my phone. There's not been any fading or discoloration on the "leather" and the gold coloring has held up too, just slightly worn on the front of my phone. The strap and ring are surprisingly sturdy as well. It's also protected my phone better than expected, it's really easy to put on, it fit well & stays in place. The lip of the case sticks out enough to add some protection to the screen & I've had no problems even with some hard drops. I do have a film style screen protector & the one thing I would recommend getting with the case is a camera protector - I got a glass style one that sits on the lenses & fills the entire cutout of the case. I have been very pleasantly surprised with with this purchase & would definitely recommend it.
