It really does work.
As new cars don't come with a spare these days I was not convinces that it I got a puncture the tyre sealant repair would work. I did get a puncture and my only option was to try the supplied tyre sealant , to my astonishment it worked really well. The manufacture states that you can't exceed 50 mph and 200 miles is the max that you should travel before replacing the tyre, stuck to the guidelines and it worked perfectly. Ordered another one from Amazon for £25.

Essential replacement for Continental temporary puncture repair & inflation system
Direct OEM replacement tyre sealant for Continental inflation sealant system. Not the cheapest of tyre sealant systems but it does work for smaller punctures and will potentially get you home up to a few miles distance.
