Liquid Pencil Set - 12 ml

I haven't played with these fully yet but they are the perfect number of colors for a whiskey painters palette (the one with water holder). They do have an interesting texture. The problem i ran into is that when I filled my half pans they have ALOT of unsettled and unmixed binder that will come out. I tried to gently squeeze and mix the tubes before pouring but that didn't help. You will have to use an absorbent brush to remove some of the top binder and let the pans dry a day or two. I think if you like muted color scenes these will be great to help neutralize some of my main watercolors.

These graphite fluid tube paints are fun to experiment with, and the results are surprising. One just has to practice and experiment with this product. They create the look of a graphite drawing, but one can use water to blend and lift for lighter values.

This Liquid pencil set of colorus is invaluable for a progressive artist like myself who is always looking for newer and better means/mediums for expression! I tried this liquefied graphite some years ago in an art workshop I attended. I was excited and felt liberated by the lucidity and expressive qualities of these colours, and the subtle tone which I acquired through this Derivan product. Please keep it in stock as I am fast becoming a big fan and looking forward to ordering more in the near future as I gain a better; more lucid facility with this medium.

I wanted to love these. All but one tube were practically empty. Seller did not want to replace so I had to return them. Thank you amazon for taking care of us when others won't. So disappointed I didn't even want to retry the product. I understand quality sometimes gets missed, but this was horrid. They look really lovely on youtube... but you may want to check your tubes asap.

I'd like to say that I love these, but I don't, yet. My feeling is that the set is basically watercolor and acrylic paint with sparkling chips mixed in. Re-wettable graphite is watercolor. It is not erasable, which was a disappointment. I have seen others create amazing artwork using these, so perhaps it's my level of expertise that is lacking. Nevertheless, I do enjoy experimenting with different mediums and I will say that this is a good learning experience.

Very pretty colors - easy to work with. Will get large size of favorite colors. Happy to be able to try them all out with this set, as some were surprising

I love these paints so far. I realized that I recieved two Grey 3 tubes of paint. Is there anyway I cane get a replacement tube?

I am still in the process of playing with these amazing tubes of liquid pencil, but so far I love them! These tubes react just like my paint. I put them on my palette and mix them with water until I get the consistency I want.
