Like it but could do better

This wax warmer works as expected. It heats up the wax slowly and keeps it warm. I haven’t used the included accessories yet. The manual doesn't seem to apply closely to the use of this device. It sounds more like it's for a paraffin warmer that is big enough to fit a hand or foot in. This one is not that big. It is big enough to warm up enough wax for a full leg waxing with another type of wax in the second bay for other types of waxing. The warmer is in degrees Celsius so you will have to account for that if you are more familiar with Fahrenheit.

I was glad this wax warmer worked so well. It came with a decent amount of wooden spatulas and a reusable one as well (I prefer the reusable one). The instructions, unless you know what you are doing, are hard to follow and are explaining more how to use paraffin wax than regular wax. The collars were a bit tight and touched the other warmer making them a bit difficult to place around the bowl flat. I did find the covers easy to clean and handle when hot. The waxes came in a variety of colors but based on the back of the packages the ingredients were the same. The warmer itself was easy to use and adjust temperatures and the feet gave enough clearance at the bottom to not be concerned with damaging the surface it was placed on. The only item I was confused about was the two tin heart shaped bowels. The pamphlet did not mention them, and I personally could only think of using them as a smaller warmer bowl for waxing smaller areas.

Having multiple pots ready for waxing makes the process faster and more efficient compared to our other much cheaper unit. It gives off a professional vibe that we appreciate and makes us feel a little fancy. The aluminum pots are a breeze to clean, and the fact that they can be removed from the unit makes it even more convenient. The quick heating feature is handy, and the digital display makes temperature control easy with a clear readout. It sits well on our stand, and even though it's pricier than our previous cheap units, it's been well worth it. If you're looking for a quality wax warmer that feels professional and is easy to use, I highly recommend the SUERBEATY Wax Warmer.

My first and only real complaint, the wax provided isn’t all that. Melts easy but doesn’t get up much hair and rips easily. Gonna have to deduct some points because of that.Now, two pot heater works fantastically!The knob temperature is accurate, knob says 55c, is about 55c when it’s done and warmed up! Checked with a temp gun, and my skin, feels about right. Although the temperature display seems odd. I think it’s for the internal elements.Pots are easy to remove and clean, but a silicone insert would be nice, although that’s easy to make yourself if you’re crafty/a diy person.Build quality is steel and has a replaceable fuse if it blows, and stores easily.If the wax was better quality, the price tag would be alright.Although there are others 3/4th of the price for the same thing. But! This one does work well, so I’ll stick with what I got.Honestly, good compact wax melter with some included goodies.
