Bought this as a gift for someone who lost their mother and was impressed with the quality and the beauty of it. My friend was delighted with it.

Liked it however back glass was broken. Ordered replacement. Received replacement quickly and very happy with it.

The first one came broken with glass everywhere. The second one came, I checked it and it looked good, no obvious broken pieces. I gave it as a gift and sure enough it had a chip of glass in the bottom of one of the panes broken out. I didn’t try for a third one. Just disappointed, because it’s cute if it weren’t broken.

My friend said it would be a treasured gift. Sometimes the little things make such a big difference in someone's life. Great gift.

This product was a memorial gift. I was great quality and great price. However...it said that my order was going to be delayed 2 days. I needed the day that it said it I would get it when I ordered it. I reordered it to get it the next day. The next day- they both came! I took one of them back to Kohls for return. Problem solved easily!
