Omg. This thing. My husband saw a video of some guy using one and HAD to have one. He loves it so much and looks absolutely ridiculous using it. My daughters boyfriend liked it so much I had to buy him one! So as a bystander, it is entertaining and somewhat annoying but according to the men in my life, it is fun and they love it. I guess it is quite the workout.

This thing is awesome. High quality, easily adjustable. Just loop the string around the head band a few times to shorten it. This is a good way to teach young trainees hand eye coordination and reflexes. It will work for your young athlete for numerous sports not just striking.It’s also a great workout tool. Walk around with your boxing stance while doing it, and you’ll get a fun and different form of cardio.

The product arrived fast, and worked out well for a week or two. But then the hook broke, and you can really only use this lightly so it wasn't from vigorously punching it. I was disappointed but you get what you pay for. I can still use it, just tie the cord it's not a big deal.

String broke rather quickly. Gave to our 14 year old grandson. He like it a lot, but it didn't last long. Consider it a through away gift.
