This maternity belt definitely does serve it's purpose. It helps with lower back pain as the weight is increasing. I like it and I think it's a good price for what you get.Pro: It's a nice material, somewhat breathable and it's easy to adjustCon: The velcro is scratching my back as the scratchy part is as big as the other side. So if I don't align it 100% it'll scratch. I have very sensitive skin so I really have to be careful about it and it usually takes me several tries to get it perfectly aligned. Would be an easy fix to just make this part a little bit smaller. There is no instruction on how to position it and on their website they have some pictures of the belt with the triangle facing downwards and some with it facing upwards. I just assume it doesn't matter but it would be easier to have some short information on it.I don't need the neck support so I can't say anything about it.

I like to walk for exercise during my pregnancy but began getting cramps when I’d walk for more than 10 mins at around week 20. OB said it was round ligament pain and to stop walking. It gives me energy and relieves stress so I was getting depressed thinking I’d have to give up walking. Someone suggested a pregnancy belt so I decided to give it a try. I researched a bunch of different ones and decided on this one. I’m glad I did bc it is comfortable and offers good support. It’s one size fits all so I didn’t have to worry about ordering the wrong size. Unlike some other belts, this one is comfortable even while sitting. I’m 29 weeks now and have noticed that it does push on the bladder which makes the urge to go seem 10x worse. For this reason I don’t wear it if I’m going out for like my periods of time. Overall it serv e it’s purpose and I’m happy with the purchase.

I use this belt every day. (33 weeks and size L). It is helping with the pain associated with loose ligaments and joints (especially the hips). It has been tremendously helpful with the sciatica pain that I get when sleeping. (I don't wear while sleeping, but my legs, hips and back are not "gave out" from the day because of the belts support to the muscles). My only issue to trying to velcro the belt in the back. I have to adjust the belt a couple times before I get it to line up without the velcro scratching my skin. I have learned to velcro in the front, then turn it around. I am not huge so this works for me.

I’m 5’2” 145lb pre baby and 161 now at week 28. You might not immediately feel it “working” but trust me it is. I wore it for an hour to try it and then took it off. You feel a huge difference!! It’s like a weight dropping when I take it off. I wear it all day. Some belts are giant and don’t support us shorter ladies well so this is perfect size! I’m buying another! And tip for when you go to the bathroom just pull it up and adjust your clothes and slide it back down when you’re done. My back feels 10x better when I wear it. I can actually do normal stuff again.

I bought this about halfway through my third pregnancy, at the suggestion of my doctor, for hip and pelvic pain. It has helped so much. I’m 34 weeks now and wear it anytime I’m going to be standing or walking for any length of time. I also sometimes wear it while sleeping to help stabilize my hips while lying on my side. It’s much better than the one I had for my previous two pregnancies, which I hardly ever wore because it was uncomfortable. I do not find it very comfortable to sit with it on, but no big deal. I just take it off while sitting and put it back on if I’m going to be standing for awhile.

Okay so with my first baby I had so much back pain I could barely move at the end . I’m not to far along currently but the good thing about this maternity support band is that it adjusts with your pregnancy and your growing belly . This is a life save and so far is lessening my back pain . I can’t wait to see if it helps me out much more when I’m like a penguin waddling around . And it also comes with a neck support band to that is a bonus both adjustable for all different sizes of women

i initially was interested in this product as i was finding i was having some pelvic pain when i run and walk on the treadmill at the gym. This product is comfortable, discreet and helped relieve this pain while wearing. I would definitely recommend this product and buy it again!

I’ve used this during my first pregnancy to help with back pain. The band helps support your belly which helps take statin off of your lower back. I started using this in the middle of my second trimester and continued until my due date. The material is a little scratchy so I would recommend wearing a tank top underneath.
