Very comfortable.Helped in support.Was bought in both M And T 100s.very satisfied.Note M100 thicker this should be considered when buying as most shoes nowadays are short at the ankle so the insoles must be removed in order to use M100.

This is a good product if you have lower back pain and you standing all day this will help you take the edge off

I have Achilles tendinitis and planters fasciitis in both my feet and ankles. Of the dozens of insoles, shoes, braces, etc that I’ve tried, these are the only thing that have allowed me to stand/work on my feet with little to no discomfort. Highly, highly recommend, definitely worth the money.

Not as comfortable as the M 100 9.5 . More pain with my feet both in walking and standing. I plan to return to my old ones until I find a company that can provide me like the M 100 9.5. Not recommend this prouduct.

These inserts have helped me make it through a long work day and week. Anyone who has to stand on their feet for long period of time should buy these inserts!

Had it for a couple days. Ran 6 miles so far and it’s helped with my heel discomfort. I’ve used KT tape. I’ve used topicals. With these soles, I’ve been able to jog for a few miles before the pain starts to come in. May buy another set of insoles.

Great for 9 months, buy new ones after, great if you're heels hurt within days pain is gone.

They feel great, only time will tell, but most pain has gone away.
