Buyer & Cellar

I saw this play in Connecticut this summer, with the lead and only character performed by Michael Urie, who also brought the role to life in the off-Broadway productions. It was fantastic and hysterical and I just had to have the script. If you ever have an opportunity to see this show, by all means take advantage of it!!!!!

This play is a hilarious imagining of what it would be like to work in the mini mall that Barbara Streisand has created to showcase her huge collections. The writing is perfection for the material. Buy the play and go see it when you can!

Approached this with trepidation, prepared for another camp hommage to an icon;surprised by how effective and touching it turns out to be. Very well done,the dynamic between employee and star contains surprising twists that keep youinterested. Enjoyable.
