Yep, a good idea
Yes, this is a good idea. True, it's got some size to it with a diameter of 43.5mm and a lug-to-lug width of 51mm. At its price point, though, it's a world-class chrono with a heck of a back story, and you won't be disappointed in the quality, the finish or the look, IMO.

Cronografo molto bello e ben fatto.Nel cofanetto manca la scheda della garanzia(!) senza la quale non è attivabile la garanzia stessa e non c'era nemmeno il manuale di uso dell'orologio.Assistenza non pervenuta!

Top Uhr!
Wer sich für die Geschichte des historischen Vorbilds interessiert, wird schon alleine deshalb eine Riesenfreude an der Uhr haben. Davon abgesehen ist sie für die Preisklasse hervorragend verarbeitet und das Quarzwerk hat eine extrem hohe Ganggenauigkeit. Für Schwimmer oder Taucher empfehlen sich natürlich eher andere Modelle, da die Wasserdichtigkeit mit 5 bar für die heutige Zeit doch etwas bescheiden ausfällt.
