These are great...
I like these better than the arch supports that you put in your shoes. They are easy to put on and adjust to where they are the most beneficial. I tried on a new pair of heels and experienced pain in my foot. I put on these newly arrived arch supports. Triedthe heels again, no pain. Amazing. Wouldn't it be nice that these will make my foot pain fade to the background.I can't wait to try them on when I have foot pain while walking around barefoot.

So good, I wanted them again
This is the second time I am purchasing these! I wanted to have another pair to make sure I wasn’t without them. These arch supports are very usable, easy to put on, and comfortable! Can’t believe I went years without them!

Tears easily
Were comfortable and gave relief. Only had them one month wearing them 3-4 times a week and they tore and can’t be used now.Won’t last long wearing everyday

These work great in my sneakers. Others were too high, long, short or thin. You can adjust them side to side and front to back to get them in the exact spot you need. I recommend them.
