I purchased this supplement product based on the recommendation of one of my friends. He mentioned that he has bought this herbal supplement product for his aunt and she reported her shortness of breath problem has subsided a lot. After 3 weeks of use, taking 2 capsules a day, my shortness of breath does not flare up as often as before but it still inconveniences my daily activities. So the supplement does only provide some relief but does not eliminate the problem. Please note that the capsules are quite large, making it a little hard to swallow.

The one thing I always keep an eye out for is adverse affects and luckily I’m not one of the few who has negative effects from this supp. It’s of great quality and goes down easy with a drink. Like all supps , you have to take steadily and after taking this one I would say it has helped my immune system

This is an overall well-being supplement, presented as an adaptogen, thus it is hard to pinpoint a specific benefit. I had no adverse reaction, for a sure thing. I like that the supplement has a single ingredient, not risking side effects from ingredients I have not tried yet or some combination of such ingredients. The GMP certification and third party lab testing are reassuring for the quality.

Caused eye skin irritation should be able to be returned. No good.

Bought this for its immune support benefits, and it's ok. I like that at 1,000mg they're an adequate dose per day, but what I wasn't too crazy about was that this recommended dosage is divvied up in 2 capsules...not necessarily a deal breaker, just that they're on the larger side, so just something to keep in mind.
