Shattered lid
Just a month after I purchased the set one of the lids shattered while cooking, no dropping, no impact, just found it shattered when I checked the cooking.Amazon has issued a return label which was very helpful.Overall I would not buy the same set though because the pans have a matt surface which keeps the water drops when washed, unless you dry with a towel straight away, the pans look stained.After the replacement I bought a different Zwilling set with shiny finish, that one is slightly better. However, my old cheap stainless steel pans still look shinier.

Pan Lid glass broke whilst on the stove
The pans are great but the glass lid fractured whilst on top of the pan on the stove within 7 months
