This product has no sodium or potassium. It relies on citric acid to give it a salt-like flavor. Plus the mix of spices is great.

This stuff is so good, I use it on everything. Since it is a bit pricey (but it's a larger bottle) and I go through it so fast, I've started buying it in a 1# bag (less expensive per ounce) and funneling into a smaller bottle for daily use. I do love a couple of their other flavors, yet this one is my "everything favorite."

This is the best spice and good for diabetics use!! I have been buying Benson’s spices for years!!! I can not recommend it enough for anyone who is reducing or eliminating salt from your diet! No salt here and you won’t lose taste in your food! This product is amazing!

...trying to eliminate salt in my diet..this is too garlic tasting...not want I wanted...gave them away!

I can't say that others won't like it but I'm very disappointed and I won't use it at all. I suggest Benson's Table Tasty instead.

This is a wonderful sodium free seasoning! It is bursting with flavor! It is good on veggies, chicken, fish... and don’t stop there.
