Not stainless steel.
I was looking for a set of black stainless steel fender flares. When I got them I was disappointed, because they were rupper.I decided to return. After a quick look online other flares were made of the same material. Other brands cost more. My mechanic talked me into keeping them and installation. Looks like what I wanted.

Decent quality, plastic works better
They looked pretty nice, really just needed them to cover the bed for the winter so I can wait till spring to paint, they don’t really stay tight to the body, and I washed my truck to get all the salt off after driving and noticed a good amount of the paint is gone.

Poor quality
I was very disappointed to open the package and find the wheel moldings damaged clearly they were damaged before packaging because the paint or powder coat whatever is on them was chipped off exposing the stainless underneath and the packaging was in perfect condition never even used the product it's been sitting for however long it's been since I purchased them

Look good and fairly easy to install
Bought these to help hide some of the rust above the rear wheel wells. Install was pretty straight forward, but two of the pieces did not line up exactly and left small gaps between the body and the fender, so I added a few additional screws to tighten those up. Would recommend to help cover the rust above the wheel wells and for overall appearance.
