because this brush is just awesome, or used to be
I have been using this brush for years and one of the main reasons is because of it's soft bristles. Well, this time when I ordered it the bristles were so HARD it hurt my scalp. I don't understand why the design or quality was changed! I hope the bristles soften up with time, because this brush is just awesome, or used to be.
