I needed a pillow to support my neck but I hate the hard memory foam ones, no matter how many little holes they put in them to "soften" it. I am a back and side sleeper - trying to mainly be a back sleeper to improve my neck pain. This pillow works for both. However, if you are a larger person, it probably would not work for side sleeping. I am quite thin and don't have super broad shoulders so I don't need a very high pillow for side sleeping. The side bumpers are not as high as I would need if I was a dedicated side sleeper. I wanted a pillow that prevented my head from tilting to the side when I slept on my back to help prevent jaw pain (teeth clencher/grinder here!). The side bumpers plus crushed memory foam center really do cradle your head. I've seen some other reviews that say that the pillow doesn't offer enough support for your neck. This was true when I *first* opened the bag and let the pillow expand. However, there are instructions that tell you that you can move the stuffing around to better suit you - DO THAT!!! I played around with moving the stuffing (NOT memory foam) around until I got the right amount of support in the neck area while still having big enough side bumpers for side sleeping. The pillow may get a bit lumpy by moving the stuffing around so you have to be PATIENT and smooth it out, sleep on it a night or 2, and then maybe adjust/smooth it some more. If you're committed to really giving this pillow a try, you really need to try moving the stuffing around if the default stuffing placement doesn't suit you. I was previously sleeping with a Purple Harmony pillow which I spent over $100 on and was still experiencing severe neck and jaw pain. I sleep wayyyy better with this pillow and now just use my Purple pillow for sitting up in bed reading. No more neck pain. I can't say this pillow *cured* my neck pain, but it absolutely relieved my night time neck and jaw pain. I was no longer waking up in pain. Give this pillow a try if you need neck support and/or have neck pain, dislike those hard ergonomic memory foam pillows, and are a back or back and side sleeper. Adjust the stuffing and really give it a good week or 2 to let your neck/body adjust to the new pillow.

Product seems good. I couldn't give it a 5 star because it seemed a little on the small end vs regular sized pillows to compare on.

The first night's sleep may not be as great, but after that, you should love this pillow. I'm a 5'4" woman, and this seems to give me just the right amount of support. I'm a side and back sleeper. It's not hard as other pillows I've tried, but seems to be just right for me.

DO NOT BUY THIS PILLOW. Either I did not recieve what other poeple got, or they have cement for necks. This pillow is not firm at all. It's so flimsy and thin in the middle you can feel the bed on the other side. You cant sleep on it sideways since it's so thin your head actually tilts down instead of lying at the height it's supposed to. I thought I'd finally find a good pillow. Wrong again.

I have been trying new pillows for years. I have tried down, gel, memory foam etc., nothing helped my neck pain. I am a side sleeper and this pillow is perfect in every way! It’s thin but soft and supportive. It is a little thicker on one side so it would work for multiple sleeping positions. It doesn’t aggravate my allergies and fits perfectly inside my silk pillow case. I have finally found my perfect pillow.

Pillow is too thin. Does not support neck or shoulders. Waste of money if you need support.

After trying several pillows that were far too high, and did not provide clearance for my ear I was excited to try this pillow. This pillow doesn’t stink which is important. But it also doesn’t provide much support and is fairly flat even after letting it expand and fluff for several days. I was fairly disappointed. Might work well for children or very small people, but certainly not designed for side sleepers.

We have been having an issue finding her a pillow, we spent so much money on different really expensive pillows, and this simple pillow has helped her. I wish we found this one sooner. She does sleep on her back, but something about it works perfectly for her. It must be the shape and how your head goes into the middle of the pillow. Pretty amazing pillow I must say, as she has tried 15 other pillows with no luck.
