Good Product and Value
These work for me just to open up the sinuses in the morning. They are pretty much just like the Vick’s ones from what I can tell. I don’t think it’s strong enough for people with very serious problems, but for me it works. I’m happy with them for my needs.

Works fine
I wrote a review that I thought was helpful but apparently it didn't meet the guidelines somehow. Maybe because I wrote about sinus and allergy issues so it was considered medical. I don't know. So now all you get is it works fine and was a good price.

Helps clear the nose
Only problem is that they gradually fade over time. I wish they were able to make one that went from 100% to zero instead of just slowly petering out.

Probably Great for Minor Congestion, But My Sinuses Laughed at It
I bought the SinuCleanse Vapor Inhaler (Pack of 3) for $11 on Amazon, hoping it would tackle my stubborn nasal congestion like a champ. Unfortunately, my sinuses had other plans. What I Liked:Convenient and Portable: These little vapor sticks are easy to carry around, so props for on-the-go convenience.Refreshing Vapor: The smell is pleasant and gives you that “I’m doing something good for myself” feeling. What Didn’t Work:My sinuses are apparently built like Fort Knox, and these inhalers just didn’t have the firepower to break through. For minor congestion? I’m sure they’re great. For stubborn, “You’re gonna need a plunger to clear this” kind of stuffiness? Not so much.Final Thoughts:If your congestion is mild, these might do the trick. But if you’ve got the sinus equivalent of rush-hour traffic, save yourself the disappointment. I won’t be reordering, but hey, at least my nostrils smell nice now.
