Boy loves it - but there are several assembly issues
This is a great trike once assembled but when putting it together several manufacturing issues came to light. This is coupled with poor instructions.That said it is solid and rebut and the boy is cycling round like mad on it.Key issuesDisk brake bracket too close to disk and rubs. Had to mend / bend itBasket - holes drilled in wrong placeChain Gaurd - rubs on chain and so had to bend bracketRear mudguards move easily once affixed. I have to work out an arrangement to stop this.

Chain comes off
Ordered a teal colour. The company called after ordering to advise that they didn’t have that colour and offered various extras - cover, pump, bottle holder, bike lock- as way of compensation which was good. Ordered a purple one instead. So customer service is good.The reason for the 2 stars is that the bike arrived in the box, I took one look and arranged for a professional to put it together. He did this but said that a few bolts and screws where missing, sections had to be bent back in shape and that there was NO WAY I could have put it together with the tools and instructions provided.On first use the bike chain keeps coming off when in the low gears so I’m having to purchase a chain guard which will hopefully keep it on. The chain gearing is also very low to the ground so I can only be used on a flat level surface.Overall- customer service is good but the trike is of poor quality. Look at other makes and models.Update - After purchasing 2 chain guards to stop the chain coming off, the chain still comes off. I'm currently in contact with the seller to see what the problem is and am waiting for them to respond.

Son in law built the bike I don’t think I could have grandson loved it and has risen it every day he’s 7 and a really good size for him

Artikel kam in Einzelteile an, bremsen funktionieren nicht richtig… war in einer Fahrradwerkstatt, da wurde mir gesagt das die hintere Bremse garnicht für Fahrräder ist sondern für Laufräder. Zu haben alle Räder eine Acht drin. Verkäufer ist weder hilfsbereit noch hat man eine Lösung gefunden…

Für Bastler in Ordnung
Kam hier in Einzelteilen, beschädigt und ohne Anleitung an, offenbar hatte schon mal jemand den Zusammenbau versucht und war gescheitert. Für Bastler oder wenn man bereit ist, eine Fahrradwerkstatt einzuschalten, wäre das unbeschädigt für den Preis noch okay, auch weil es kaum Alternativen in dieser Größe gibt. Auf Beschwerde konnte mit dem Verkäufer eine akzeptable Lösung gefunden werden. Daher noch freundlich gemeinte drei Sterne für ein unterstellt unbeschädigtes Produkt. Tipp an den Verkäufer: die (nachgereichte englischsprachige) Bauanleitung ist wirklich oberflächlich und stark verbesserungswürdig.
