I’ve tried a ton of electrolyte mixes that either taste like salty Gatorade that’s been sitting in the sun or straight-up cough syrup. These? Actually good. Like, shockingly good. The flavors are refreshing without being fake or overly sweet… kind of like what you wish other brands tasted like. I’ve been using them on days when I feel drained or dehydrated, and they legit help. No sugar crash, no weird film on your tongue, just clean hydration that makes you feel human again. Also, they dissolve instantly, which is rare… no weird powder chunks floating around like sad little islands. Favorite flavor changes daily depending on my mood, but they’re all solid. Bonus points for being zero calories and not making me feel guilty for drinking three in one day. I honestly didn’t think I’d care this much about electrolytes, but here we are.

I hate leaving a bad review, but I bought these because they were pretty inexpensive compared to the other electrolyte packets I was buying. However, the only flavor I didn’t mind was the lemonade one. I also found the packets to be really crystallized. Not sure if that’s how they’re supposed to be or just old, but I won’t be buying these again.

I'm trying to find a placement for a more expensive product. These are good, not quite as effective, but have a great taste and are very easy to use. Some of the flavors are a little strange, but would definitely purchase again.

I really like these. I get the benefits of the electrolytes without the high sugar content. The flavors are great. Sometimes, I add a drop or two of lemon or lime if I have a larger bottle to enhance the flavor.

approved! this is an excellent product! great quality: dissolves well, tastes good, provides fantastic nutrition. I support American companies and veterans whenever possible, so that aspect of the company is very important to me. two thumbs up!

We have tried every hydration packet out there, and these are our favorites. The most important thing to me are the vitamins and minerals, plus no sugar. They have stevia, but these packets don't have the gross aftertaste like some stevia products. They also use natural coloring like beetroot and spirulina. If you're an 80's kid into nostalgia, the lemonade flavor tastes just like Crystal Light lemonade. My kids love the mango peach. My favorite is the cherry pom, and I mix it with a scoop of Vital Proteins hibiscus for the added collagen. Those two flavors pair really well.

Won’t go into the details, but these handy little packets and a bottle or tall glass of water really truly saved me from dangerous dehydration. They are a great alternative to nasty tasting stuff like Gatoraid. Love that there is a variety of flavors in the box. I do keep a straw in the glass so I can keep stirring as I drink as some of the heavier particles will settle into the bottle.

Forget the rest and stick with these. Tastes good but don't let it sit for to long or it will lose its taste.

These are wayyyy sweeter than I imagined they would be. I LOVE the mineral content of them though, way higher potassium and magnesium than other brands. I know it's Stevia sweetened but it tastes like aspartame. They also don't dissolve fully; I could have a glass going for hours and stir everytime I take a drink and there is still white granules left at the bottom. Slightly metallic aftertaste as well.

this product was not for me. I did not like the taste . They offered me a full refund with no hassle. I came back to change my review to positive as a company.

Tastes so good but they are very expensive so I haven’t been able to bring myself to buy them again.

I’m someone that likes the natural taste of water, I never need sweeten stuff in my water. However I needed electrolytes since I’ve started an intense diet. I tried the cherry Pom and it was just a disgusting taste of sugar, not even good sugar it’s hard to explain. I added more water, I added more than 20 oz and it was still disgusting …making me feel sick! I had to dump it down the drain. I tried the pink lemonade and that one is a little better but still gross tasting were I wasn’t able to drink it. On the box it says we can return, but upon going on Amazon to return they say it’s not allowed… disappointed
