This little ultraviolet light lit up my living room and dining room for a Halloween party. I read a review about someone buying 2 and it lit up the gym, well one light can light up a room nicely. I wish I would have gotten 2 because it would have been even brighter. I have ultraviolet light from a Halloween store and paid even more but the light from Halloween store lit up very little, you literally have to be in front of it, but this light is great! Perfect for our Halloween party. Fast shipment too. The only thing is my husband is a dj and we wanted to put it up on a T stand for lights and it doesn't adjust very well, a little awkward, so we left it on the floor and worked great.

I was really unsure about which wattage to buy, so I played it safe (and slightly cheap) and got the 10W. Mostly used for cyanotypes, it's a great, even, bright light. It gets a bit warm after about 10 minutes, but I've had no issues leaving it on for more than an hour.Now, as for the product picture? It's not possible to stand it up like that as the (sizable) power cord comes out of the bottom of the device. Luckily, I don't have much use to stand it up like that, but it seems like a very idiotic design flaw.

I bought this light to go outside with my hot tub and show-off some of my tapestries. The light works well for the amount of money I spent and gets the job done. I gave 4 star's instead of 5 because I would have thought the light would be a bit more brite, but it will work.

I have only used this light twice for small parties at home but so far, so good. It works great and added to the ambiance for sure. The small 20w project maybe 5-6 feet from the source. I would like to order one more and maybe a larger one to get more space covered with the light. My only gripe is that the cord gets in the way of the stand part behind the light so it doesn't sit totally flat if you are sitting it down on a surface rather than mounting it.

I laughed when i opened the box up and seen the product but then shut up real fast when I turned it on lol. Well worth the money lights up a good size room 16x20 feet. Never gets hot and made out of metal. If the bulbs last have as long as they say it will I would be happy. More then likely will be ordering one or two more....you cant beat the price or the construction.

EDIT - seller made it right, no questions asked. I received the correct plug and am very happy with the UV/black light output from this device. If I need more for next year's Halloween I know that I will happily buy this again.I can't even turn it on to test it. It has a type C/E/F plug as used in Asia and parts of Europe. The description states 'US plug' as does the label on the box. It clearly is not. Pretty unhappy with this. Yet another return to a third party vendor. If the vendor contacts me, I will give an unbiased review.

This lit up our front porch very well for Halloween evening. Fluorescent colors and white really glow bright under it. Can't believe how much better this LED works than the old-fashioned incandescent or fluorescent lights did.This is plenty bright for my use. I'd get a second one to cover the front porch more evenly, before I'd consider buying a higher wattage (brighter) one.Well-built, runs cool, does the job. Recommended.

It was perfect. It was bright for being 10w it was small...exactly what I wanted, but I should've order two more. It was for my halloween party. The only thing I disliked was that I had to keep disconnecting and connecting it. It didnt have the switch on & off button. Which I knew already before I bought it. Didnt think it would be that annoying.
