These are very well made. Don't buy cheap ones. Just get these and save the hassle.

We have small live oak tree leaves that keep getting caught in our pool cleaner. This was the perfect solution to getting those leaves out from the bottom of the pool. The lip on the basket makes scooping the leaves very easy and I’m very pleased with the sturdiness of the neck. It’s very well built and I’m sure it will last me a long time.

The construction appears to be solid in every area - the frame, rubber trim around frame, clip to attach to pole, and especially the net material!I am tired of buying a new (cheap) net every year at the local pool supply store or home improvement stores. A neighbor has a professional pool service and I noticed the rake they were using looked different than the 'standard' rakes I've seen and bought at local pool & home improvement stores. First of all, the net was black instead of white, which initially caught my eye as being different. Upon further inspection, it just appeared to be more 'commercial' looking. I went online to Amazon and this net looks EXACTLY like what they had.The quality of this net material is MUCH heavier duty than the standard nets you buy at local pool supply or home improvement stores. Have only used it a few times so far, but impressed with quality feel and durability of the net material. If it lasts at least a few years (since it costs 2-3x the local nets), I'll be pleased and buy another when this one finally wears out. Overall VERY pleased with quality so far...only time will tell at this point.Oh yeah, I almost forgot something stated in the description, but important to me when you can actually find it anymore - it's MADE IN THE U.S.A.!!!!! Buy this net - you won't be disappointed!!!

OK, so my old one is finally starting to get holes in it after 12 years. I'd say it was worth the investment. This is the best for getting lots of leaves and sticks out of your pool! Mine has been outside in the heat, sun, cold, snow, etc. and it held up this long. The shape is great and it really holds lots of leaves.Trust me, there is no better leaf net out there. This one I can push along the bottom and the leaves just seem to jump into it. I have lots of trees around my pool, so no mater what my pool cleaner can get I have hundreds more of leaves and thousands of acorns. In 5 minutes or less, I can have the pool spotless.It's a few bucks more than many of the other options out there, but you'll be glad you got this one. Of course being Amazon Prime is always helpful. Saved me a trip running around town from pool store to pool store to look for on.Buy it, you won't regret it.
