Why did you pick this product vs others?:This may be the sharpest knife I have ever come across right out of the box I don't know if it will hold an edge because I just received it but it definitely works as shown slices thin slices fast and as I said before is razor sharp out of the box Time will tell if it remains sharp

The knife is beautiful, and incredibly sharp. I just got it, so I haven't used it yet, and do not have a history of how long the edge stays sharp. However, I did briefly test the sharpness by cutting through a piece of paper. It went through it like butter - just like in the videos. I think the sharpness of this knife is probably due to the small edge angle that it has. The literature provided says that the half angle of the edge is between 8 and 12 degrees. This makes the total angle between 16 and 24 degrees. Most utility knives are around 40 degrees total and some around 30 degrees.

Finally something i see advertised on YouTube that exceeds expectations. This knife gets down. Only gripe is in advertisement it says $15 but it's really $40. I won't knock off a star because it is worth $40

Not happy with knife, it is not sharp at all my ceramic knife’s do a better job. Plus I have to wash by hand, I’m disabled and standing that long it’s just not good for me. Others may like it.UPDATE: seller contacted me and made it right. Great customer service.

I LOVE THIS KNIFE! My wife is afraid of it, fearing she might cut herself. NO WAY! While it is incredibly sharp, it would be truly hard to cut oneself. This knife allows be to power through cutting veggies, meat, anything, with ease. A real time saver.

I bought it for my husband's birthday last week and he really likes it. He used it the same day to cut a Tomahawk steak, so easy! Very sharp!

Use this knife often but have to sharpen often, does not hold a sharp edge.

This knife is a real value. It's really sharp and isn't afraid of the toughest steak. It's a little big for a steak knife but it handles very well. It looks really old fashioned so you can pretend you're a cowboy when you're cutting your steak. It might be a little big for some people but I can handle it very well and I'm not that big so you should be okay using it. Just be sure to get enough knives for everyone or you'll have to wait your turn using it.
